Rates:

June 25 – Sept. 2…$1000 @ week

June 11 – June 24 / Sept. 13 – Oct. 30…$700 @ week

Check-in time is Noon; Check-out is Noon – unless otherwise agreed Reservations typically run from Sunday to Saturday Alternative check-ins/outs and stays dependent on availability

Deposit:

50% of rental fee to hold the reservation. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or phone.

Remainder due no later than 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation:

30-60 days prior to arrival – 50% of the initial deposit will be forfeited Under 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of the Full Rental will be forfeited, unless an alternative Tenant is secured.

Other Charges:

$100 Cleaning Fee if staying more than one week
